I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

When they did reach someone they wanted nothing to do with our company and were mad at Costar too.

Overall, it was a great product and easy to use with lots of tools. I was disappointed that we couldn't use it anymore because of the price.

CoStar is very easy to navigate and will help you get the results you need to make a real estate decision.

The system is very easy to use and navigate; As system admin, the strong customer support we received from Costar is just a plus.

It is an easy product to usethe integration was difficult, but we managed to do it.

CoStar - great application for lease management & accounting.

Love that you can quickly get all listings of for lease or for sale property in a city or a trade area or a polygon that you create yourself.

The product was very good to use, they took a lot of pride in keeping their info up to date. If I found something out of date I could put a request in and they would research for us.

Overall Great Product for anyone on real estate.

It's concise and you can find out what you want to find out (usually). When managing your listings, you can see a performance report which is the greatest thing about this.

Costar is  a great tool when you know how to use it.

I don't know what other software is like this one. Everyone uses this software so it's hard to switch to something that no one knows about.

Knowledge database is excellent, among best in class that I've used. ETL functionality has been helpful for mass updates, and user management is easy once you get the hang of it.

CoStar is user friendly, best choice of software.

We really did not see a benefit, it was a waste of time to have my team chase down dead contacts and contacts that were gone.

This is a great product for anyone in the real estate industry.

Good Product for Listing Commercial Real Estate.

Once i understood what I couldn't update/change as an admin, my experience has been very pleasant and also easy to explain to SOX auditors.

Can be a little difficult to navigate. I had no training with the software and I had to play around with it a little to find the information I was looking for.

They are great at keeping us up to date on all the latest additions to the software.

CoStar application is very user friendly application and designed with proper internal controls and overall this application is very well designed and advanced lease application.

I like that everything you need to know about a property or development is all laid out in one platform with different tabs - very visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Unfortunately the reality was that many contacts were outdated. Some had been gone from the company for several years or even deceased.

CoStar is very easy to use, provides great results.

It has been a good experience, we have not yet been able to integrate the automation of payments, but it is a software that has helped us in our database.

Brokers don't always update the listings or they purposely leave off information. Cold calling is still a thing with this software, it just gives you a base and a prep before your call in my opinion.

I love that Costar allows me to see all information on the properties I am looking into.
