I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

I like how we can get an immediate response from our residents which helps us to improve our performance.

Other than generating the work order, it requires minimum input from me. Easy search and access to open work orders.

It is excellent for record keeping and documentation. The office and maintenance love the ease of use and the many features which make follow up a breeze.

Customer support is wonderful. They are always there to help and answer any questions you may have.

This is very user friendly especially at end user level. The text surveys are key.

Sometimes the engineers have trouble using the phones, cell service can be spotty in certain areas on the property.

Just not having the guys come to the shop to pick up work orders its a huge plus because it helps them save time and complete more work order as they receive them on the go.

Also, residents can give negative feedback for a work order not pertaining to their issue. But we still get the update that there is something wrong.

I love using servus connect it makes my job a lot easier and if ever I have any questions or concerns there service team is always there to help.

It has streamlined the process of sending out our service requests. The ease of interaction once tickets are sent out between the office, the tech and the resident is great.

I love getting back the responses from our residents. It keeps us informed on how our staff is doing and gives us ideas for areas of improvement.

Love the update that once I review now, it automatically moves it to archived. I like that you can transfer work orders between techs and of course the notes you can make.

I love the fact that I can send a text directly to my maintenance supervisors phone.

The main pro is the ease of use. Also, having everyone easily on the same page.

They don't work together. This causes problems with our 979 report that we do each week.
