Really happy with the responsiveness of the support team and their willingness to integrate suggestions into the software.

Helps keep our community together. The aspect of increasing communication in the community is important.

This was not at all related to the software but made it limited use.

CCC does a good job of keeping the announcements organized, and is a good space for community forums and accomodating bookings.

I am happy with how things work when creating and posting the announcement.

It is very easy to use and find things as most of the things are self explanatory on this software. Several automations makes it easy to find and undo things.

CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues.

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents.

It's unclear how open CCC is to various languages. It's also difficult to gather the older generation online, those who would rather read announcements or find communication through pinboards.

User friendly and exceptional customer service.

They did deliver on what the offered, and it didn't cost the board a ton of money. But I think the best thing is if there is a feature that our board needs they make it and add it for us.

It is very easy to use and display of the software is great.

The most important point for me and, I would like to highlight is the support and the excellent service of the Condo Control team always gives to us.

My journey was great with using this software. All over thanks  to team for giving us such a good training.

Its user friendly and the support team responds promptly when you need assistance.

The only issue I have is a recent change has made inputting dates into vacation a little more difficult.

I also like the notification system, keeps me in the loop on everything going on in the building. Helps to arrange a schedule if needed.

It appears that the APP has functionality problems and people cannot always use a computer to access the site.

The benefit is definitely effective communication. We’re “in the know” about what is going on and owners can access info easily from the app.

As we continued to bring in more doors, the need for a simpler and more effective way to keep up with violations was necessary. SmartWebs allowed for us to send multiple violations while on property.

SmartWebs is a useful software that integrates well with our VMS. The features currently in place are intuitive, and when improvements are proposed, they are truly considered.

My only complaint is the UI for work orders and the lack of advance notice on software changes.

In general, the screen to label the compliance letter and add a picture has a good workflow. I like being able to search the letter history.

Integration is simple and the software is easy to navigate.

I love it for the ease of reporting to the Board and am looking forward to getting the work order system in play.

Some of them have trouble logging in, then it takes time for the Support Dept to see what is occurring, too much time is wasted.

I personally love smartwebs compared to any other service I have used. Best software hands down.

I like the fact that a letter can be generated in seconds with a photo inserted in the letter and the letter is automatically emailed or mailed to the owner.

Sometimes the HTML or coding in the letters can be difficult to navigate or understand if not familiar with this type of coding.

I have only one complaint and that is about the categories not being able to be used more than once.

Great tool for property management that  tracks you through a community and lets you send letters with ease.

Delays on occasional syncing, and restriction on template letter changes, but minimal issue compared to previous software used.

Smartwebs was easy and cost effective to implement to help us and our clients efficient and organized when reviewing HOA violations and Architectural Requests.

As I mentioned before, integrating personalized letters into the program and saving them. Choises of violations are sometimes not applicable.

Also, when loading a picture it flips it upside down, very rarely does the picture load correctly and it is very frustrating.

Integrations with connect was quick and easy, I love the lay out and the way it functions, easy to send out decisions to the homeowners and read the form for notes from the committee.

I also love the touch free mailing, that has been a huge timesaver.

If I could find a competitor that was half ass competent we would change in a heartbeat. Goal is to find a reasonable alternative this year.

This is a great program to track violations in the community management field. Makes it super easy to use a and track.

Super intuitive for the most part and if you're ever stuck the customer support is quick and amazing.

If an owner got a Denial on a project, he has to be charged AGAIN to submit the same project.

The over all is great  offers a lot of options.

The software makes being a board or committee member much more efficient and keeps costs down with mailing and postage.

Integration was seamless as it merges with our software, VMS. And we have multiple communities who benefit from it.

After dealing with other systems like TOPS, VMS and AppFolio I will always HIGHLY RECOMMEND Smart Webs over any other. The process is just a simple few clicks and its all sent etc.

When using it for violations, the time it takes to take  photos, pick violation, type the details and queue requires too much time.

Fantastic tool to have on-site inspections, the tracking fields populate great when driving through large communities and help reduce our inspection/letter time in half.
