A great product for property managers, and their teams!

I enjoy using it, and it takes a fraction of the time it used to take, to provide CAM/TMI Statements. A big time-saver.

Pros

I’ve been using the software for over two years and find it intuitive and easy to set up and use. The seamless workflow when entering lease data and tenant/owner information and running CAM/TMI statements is a speedy and efficient process. Managing properties/sites/buildings/units/premises is easy as the software is capable of accommodating variations in lease set-up and recognises the need for flexibility. Day-to-day, the filtering options are also a great time-saver which makes finding and entering data a breeze. All processes are performed swiftly and data can be saved and re-visited for editing, if necessary, until posted. Reports are generated quickly when required. I found the support team to be responsive and prompt in addressing any issues/questions I had during the training process and the team remains committed and available at all times. I would definitely recommended CRESSblue to commercial property managers.

Cons

Relatively new software. Actually, I found it to be impressive.

You can easily manage complex leases or properties with its intuitive design and customizable features. All components of the software are fully integrated with each other. Whether you are updating a unit size, extending a lease or paying a hydro bill, you will only have to do the work once. This software is designed to effectively manage all your properties, tenants and finances in the most logical, efficient and secure way possible. You will be continuously impressed with the functionality of CRESSblue and its ability to improve productivity within your company.

Cons

The initial setup for this software can take some time with a larger company. However, CRESSblue will provide you with an initial setup consultation. This is a great opportunity to learn about how to use the software to its fullest potential and explore all the customizable options. There are also additional individual or group training options and fast, reliable client supports.
