The company-wide vs property-specific settings can sometimes get confusing because there are so many options. Also, a few features are hidden gems that take some effort to ferret out.

The best part is, doorloop works exactly like QBO, so it's very familiar to all of us and required very little training.

Accounting is super easy to use and runs very robust reports. Also the design and user-interface were both clearly well thought-out – intuitive for sure.

No software can do every single thing I ever imagined, but with their API, I can most likely accomplish it.

Switching from appfolio was no easy task, but they made it as quick and painless as possible.

The most outstanding feature of DoorLoop so far is their awesome customer service. Representatives really do get back to you quickly and seem to have endless patience with every question you have.

Lack of simple owner statements to provide to owners on a monthly/yearly basis - however, I am told this feature is being added very soon.

Wish screening would also be free, but I understand if it costs money. I just charge my tenants for it and no one has complained.

Sometimes I get confused about where a certain feature can be found and I have to mess around. I think that is me, not the program.

Plus the software is so BEAUTIFULLY designed. By far the nicest, newest, and easiest to use.

The only section I struggle with is the website design.

Adding their integrated gate soft-ware has saved hours of work for me in locking out tenants and then unlocking them.

Had a called with a very nice customer service rep who couldn't help me. Was going to have a tech person call me back.

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. The call center is great to work with.

The best part of this solution is not just the software.

I have never had a customer service person act annoyed to help me or make me feel foolish for asking a question about using the software.

Switching from my personal excel spreadsheet over to ESS was super easy. The team was helpful during the transition.

Some setup tasks and general information can be difficult to find while other tasks require more clicks than one would think necessary.

Some of the reports are confusing, and there are some reports that I need that aren't there.

With this software I don't have to worry about checking or changing someones status when they are over due, the system locks them out for me automatically and that is such a relief.

Unable to waive or write off partial amounts. Difficult to find or repair account errors.

It produces all of the invoices for each customer with the extra support of the integration with quickbooks online, makes it extremely easy to track all of my tenants.

The software has cut the time to manage each customer by 75. This is a significant cost savings, as our staff can focus on sales and providing excellent customer service.

Easy to use, did everything I needed, and the Customer Service was FANTASTIC.
