  • Pros

  • The most outstanding feature of DoorLoop so far is their awesome customer service. Representatives really do get back to you quickly and seem to have endless patience with every question you have.
  • It’s been about 8 months of use and we’ve been thrilled to see the number of improvements they keep on releasing. The software is only getting better and we’re confident we made the right choice.
  • From start to where i am now, which is still getting to know doorloop, has been great. It is vry user friendly and if help is needed the tech support and even the AI support is great.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes I get confused about where a certain feature can be found and I have to mess around. I think that is me, not the program.
  • Lack of simple owner statements to provide to owners on a monthly/yearly basis - however, I am told this feature is being added very soon.
  • The company-wide vs property-specific settings can sometimes get confusing because there are so many options. Also, a few features are hidden gems that take some effort to ferret out.

  • There are a lot of features that we didn't have on our old accounting software system. We have a wonderful Accounting rep (Katie Branz) who has been awesome to work with during integration.
  • I love the product and very happy we made the switch, but there is always room for improvement. I am just happy the product continues to evolve.
  • I have used all other property management software but Entrata is the best. The convenience, easy to use and understand dashboard makes it super convenient and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • This is mainly when it is a small issue that they are unaware of until we have to report it. Sometimes it is fixed rapidly but sometime we are waiting a week or so for the correction.
  • Implementation was horrible and took way longer than we were told. Reports don't always accurately generate.
  • Sometimes there are errors that appear and require a ticket.
