The company-wide vs property-specific settings can sometimes get confusing because there are so many options. Also, a few features are hidden gems that take some effort to ferret out.

The best part is, doorloop works exactly like QBO, so it's very familiar to all of us and required very little training.

Accounting is super easy to use and runs very robust reports. Also the design and user-interface were both clearly well thought-out – intuitive for sure.

No software can do every single thing I ever imagined, but with their API, I can most likely accomplish it.

Switching from appfolio was no easy task, but they made it as quick and painless as possible.

Finally a property management software that feels  and runs like it was built this century. Running accounting reports is super easy (and very quick) as is making/tracking maintenance requests.

The most outstanding feature of DoorLoop so far is their awesome customer service. Representatives really do get back to you quickly and seem to have endless patience with every question you have.

Lack of simple owner statements to provide to owners on a monthly/yearly basis - however, I am told this feature is being added very soon.

Wish screening would also be free, but I understand if it costs money. I just charge my tenants for it and no one has complained.

Sometimes I get confused about where a certain feature can be found and I have to mess around. I think that is me, not the program.

Plus the software is so BEAUTIFULLY designed. By far the nicest, newest, and easiest to use.

It is nice how all aspects of the storage business is covered in the software and is easy to use. The support provided is very knowledgeable and supportive.

I like the ease and security that the backup and cloud provide me. I think the software has been a good value.

Most functions are intuitive and if I need help, customer service is only a phone call away. Good value for the cost.

Ease of use and navigating in the software. The different reports that are offered are great and make it simpler to show owners.

The extra cost of the ad on's is frustrating. The buttons are so small for the search feature, I did not know they existed.

The software is easy to install and easy to use. It will keep your accounting at a fingers touch.

Sometimes we get messed up results but when we contact the rep, it's something we are doing wrong and he fixes it.

The ease of the program as well as ease of finding customers and how it keeps track all payments  and how long have been customers of ours.

I hate that I can not customize the billing invoices more.

The text message feature always brings in the dough. It is easy to use, cost is low, they do an outstanding job doing the facility layout.

However, we still cannot print our letters from the 'letters' tab when we need to see what a customer has a problem with their bill.

In general it is a pretty easy to use program. We manage several buildings and a couple of hundred units with it.

Overall, I have had an easy, pleasant experience with a few hitches.

If p.c. is down you have difficulty doing  business. If there is a Internet problems  it can be slow to get business finished.

The color coded ability to see exactly where I'm at down to the decimal point with my percentages, the price point is also something we really appreciate because some of the other big boys.
