  • Pros

  • The most outstanding feature of DoorLoop so far is their awesome customer service. Representatives really do get back to you quickly and seem to have endless patience with every question you have.
  • It’s been about 8 months of use and we’ve been thrilled to see the number of improvements they keep on releasing. The software is only getting better and we’re confident we made the right choice.
  • From start to where i am now, which is still getting to know doorloop, has been great. It is vry user friendly and if help is needed the tech support and even the AI support is great.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes I get confused about where a certain feature can be found and I have to mess around. I think that is me, not the program.
  • Lack of simple owner statements to provide to owners on a monthly/yearly basis - however, I am told this feature is being added very soon.
  • The company-wide vs property-specific settings can sometimes get confusing because there are so many options. Also, a few features are hidden gems that take some effort to ferret out.

  • Friendly customer service and onboarding. Once we launched the support continues and we are very pleased.
  • The customer service is terrific. The representatives are friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledable.
  • I love the simplicity of the program and how user-friendly it is. The integration was also super easy and I was able to set it up with the help of an amazing Yardi team.
  • Cons

  • Meaning, each month once charges are posted you have to go search for those negative charges and manually apply them. That's IF your monthly charges post automatically.
  • There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges.
  • But that took weeks to get done. Honestly a horrible onboarding experience and I would go with appfolio if I had to do it all over again.
