  • Pros

  • Also, customer service is most remarkable. I get a human being 99.9% of the time and they are always friendly, patient and seem to be genuinely happy to help out.
  • I love how Ken and Jamie make the experience of calling them about questions so easy and friendly. You can tell they want you to have an easy, reliable way of running your rental business.
  • The integration of a merchant processor was what drew me to this software solution. I am very pleased with the software and should help me reduce the time cost.
  • Cons

  • I had tried a more expensive provider in the beginning of this business and was very disappointed with all of the "add on's" in price and poor customer support.
  • Unable to waive or write off partial amounts. Difficult to find or repair account errors.
  • Sometimes hard to navigate - not completely intuitive for me to get what I need done. Since I'm not in the software daily, I sometimes learn a trick or two, but forget after some time has gone by.

  • Friendly customer service and onboarding. Once we launched the support continues and we are very pleased.
  • The customer service is terrific. The representatives are friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledable.
  • I love the simplicity of the program and how user-friendly it is. The integration was also super easy and I was able to set it up with the help of an amazing Yardi team.
  • Cons

  • Meaning, each month once charges are posted you have to go search for those negative charges and manually apply them. That's IF your monthly charges post automatically.
  • There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges.
  • But that took weeks to get done. Honestly a horrible onboarding experience and I would go with appfolio if I had to do it all over again.
