Works great, very straightforward and simple to learn.

PROS

Easy to use and navigate from any device and it's convenient to be able to manage multiple facilities from one place. Good customer service and extremely reliable. Overall, great value.

CONS

Nothing. So far they have been able to solve all our problems and our overall experience has truly been great.

Le logiciel Easyspace répond complètement à nos attentes. Il permet un suivi complet des prospects et une aide précieuse à la facturation client, on retrouve tout très rapidement . L' atout particulier est la qualité et rapidité du support technique. Il est performant et fiable ce qui fait de lui un logiciel à recommander. il reste quelques points à améliorer mais reste indispensable dans notre quotidien.

PROS

-ergonomique -connexion à distance -Plan ( visu sur la disponibilité des boxs) -simple d'utilisation ( quelques jours suffisent pour le maîtriser) -envois de sms ou mail directement à la création du devis -support technique simple et efficace (assistance via le mini tchat )

CONS

-Préavis - agenda (impossibilité de modifier une relance sans en recréer une nouvelle) - dans le cas d'une réservation annulée il n' est pas possible d'affecter cette somme sur une facture de fourniture sans l'aide du support technique

Mon logiciel de gestion quotidien. Simple d'utilisation et complet

Gain de temps pour toutes mes tâches quotidiennes et facilité pour former mon adjointe.

PROS

La simplicité dans l'apprentissage et l'utilisation au quotidien des outils complets pour la gestion des clients, factures, devis, réservations, contrats, boutique, produits et services. Le plan des surfaces me permet rapidement de visualiser le statut des mes box. Le "chat" très réactif est rassurant pour un éventuel problème rencontré evitant ainsi une trop longue assistance à distance.

CONS

Le nouveau module statistiques qui à mon goût n'est pas encore complet. Je pense que cela vient du fait qu'il est très récent et devait évoluer bientôt.

Outil très pratique en constante évolution

Facilité de gestion de l'agenda et des relances clients très bonne visibilité de l'ensemble des éléments nécessaires au bon déroulement d'une journée de travail.

PROS

Intuitif, même un débutant pourrait se retrouver car les menus sont détaillés et tout est logique. L'interface est vraiment très lisible et les améliorations de l'outil faites suite à nos remarques sont vraiment un plus à chaque fois. La possibilité de chatter en direct dès qu'un souci est rencontré.

CONS

certaines fonctions sont à améliorer pour la praticité au quotidien selon les cas , mais chaque centre est différent et est un cas particulier difficile de correspondre à tout le monde.

Excellent tool and overall very intuitive platform

PROS

I really like how configurable it is. As the owner and only staff member working at my facility, I find Easyspace really helpful in relieving me of some essential management duties (such as payment tracking and automated payment reminders). Another feature that I use on a daily basis is the full task manager program - it's great! They also offer a a good looking custom facility map as well as strong customer support.

CONS

I didn't have any bad experience with Easyspace so far.

Game changer!

PROS

Our staff is loving this software! EasySpace saves them a considerable amount of time throughout the day. We have been using them for over two years now, and our teams love working with it. The software is very user-friendly and requires minimal user training. Tasks that used to take a lot of effort are now executed in minutes. The customer service is also a big +.

CONS

No cons as of right now. Last year, we needed a specific statistic that initially did not exist in the software but they resolved this quickly by working with us to create it in no time.

Possibilité d’analyser et tester le produit sur une base de test avec un image de nos données réelles. Prise en main facile, formation à distance efficace, aide pour l'analyse, l'implantation et migration ancienne solution. Usage intuitif.

CONS

pas vraiment trouvé de points faibles à ce jour.
