Overall, Enso Connect is a powerful platform with a lot of potential. Once we got through the initial learning curve, it really helped streamline our operations and enhance the guest experience. The automations, upsell features, and communication flows saved us time and made our process feel more polished and professional. There’s still room to improve on onboarding and reliability, but the team has been responsive and open to feedback. It’s a strong solution for operators looking to scale smartly.

Pros:

The interface is clean and intuitive, which made it easy for our team to adopt. I really liked the automation features—especially the smart guest journey flows and the ability to customize communication based on guest behavior. Cons:

he platform itself has potential. The interface is clean and offers some useful automation tools for short-term rental operators. I appreciated the idea of integrating guest communication, access, and upsells in one system — it's a promising concept. However, the execution and customer experience fell short.

Cons:

Review of EnsoAI (Enso Connect) Unfortunately, my experience with EnsoAI has been extremely disappointing. Despite submitting an official cancellation request well in advance, the company continued to charge my account, citing a 60-day notice policy buried in the contract. While this may be “legally” valid, it clearly reflects a lack of customer focus and disregard for users’ actual intentions and communications. Such practices may follow the letter of the law but certainly fail the test of ethics. With so many customer-friendly alternatives available today, I strongly advise against using EnsoAI for anyone in property management or hospitality. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its approach to customer relations, or it risks losing the trust of the professional community.

I would consider the overall experience very good, they delivered on their promise as far as functionality, I am on my first month and can't comment on the yearly ROI, however they do offer a guarantee if ROI is not achieved which gives me an extra peace of mind.

Pros:

ENSO Connect has been a game-changer for my short-term rental business. What I love most is the ability to consolidate all guest messages from multiple platforms into one unified inbox—huge time saver! On top of that, the upsell feature allows me to offer add-ons seamlessly, boosting revenue while enhancing guest experience. Highly recommend for any host looking to streamline operations and grow profits. As a side note I would add that \[sensitive content hidden\] made a huge difference on my experience, he was not always available to help me with any bugs, but also very competent at his work, I really recommend working with him.

Cons:

I want to use the code generator feature, however they charge extra for that. The interface also could be a little bit more friendly specially where we approve guest upsell request, there should be a control panel for that. Also it does not update a reservation automatically when upsell for extra nights are purchased.

Absolutely amazing! The amount of extra revenue you can generate is honestly ridiculous. What I love most is how much it simplifies everything from guest communication to deposits and check-ins. It makes our whole operation run smoother and saves us so much time. Guests also seem to really appreciate how seamless the experience is. Plus, the support team has been super helpful any time we’ve had questions especially my guy \[sensitive content hidden\]! Overall, it's been a game changer for us.

Cons:

It was a little tricky to understand at the start there’s definitely a bit of a learning curve. But once I reached out to their amazing customer support, everything started to click. They were super patient and walked me through it, so now it’s smooth sailing.

As a vacation rental operator with a 500+ unit portfolio, I am a big fan of Enso! It's a very helpful tool for curating the guest experience, with the ability to incorporate marketing, upsells, and centralized communication for a seamless trip experience. The Company is well funded with a top notch team of engineers and they execute consistently on improving the product roadmap, which gives me confidence that they'll continue staying on top of industry trends as they grow. Overall, Enso is a partner that we intend to grow with for the foreseeable future.

Cons:

Not applicable as we've had only positive experiences with Enso thus far -- they're priced reasonably, onboarding was straightforward, and we have the corporate bandwidth to insert the necessary content to get the most out of the product.

ENSO provided a good deal of customization of the dashboard, and the onboarding team was really helpful in getting us up and running quickly.

Cons:

We were disappointed to see, after running some data sets, that most of our guests were not interested in using the digital guidebook and didn't find them particularly helpful. We often received feedback that a physical guidebook would have been more appreciated.

How easy it is to navigate. How efficient it is to copy information across various property so you don’t have to keep inputting over and over again.

Cons:

The setting up, although it’s been quicker than we expected! It takes a bit of time because you have to doublecheck and cross reference everything but overall it’s been a good experience.
