I like the Text and Email features. I also enjoy that Bluemoon and Core Logic are integrated within the system.

The lack of being able to build your own reports.

My experience with Res Man has been great. I have been using the software for roughly 4 years, it has been very intuitive and helpful.

Onboarding was great, though costly, they had a great team get everything into their system and we had a great trainer come to our office and train the staff.

The integration with Salesforce is the main reason we have this product- it integrates better than other softwares we saw with opportunities and contracts.

Sage Intacct is a great tool that comes with a huge assortment of functions within the core application along with integration capabilities all while having great performance and uptime.

I like how users cannot force things to work like in QuickBooks. If the rec doesn't balance, they have to figure it out.

The error codes don't explain if your selected budget is maxed out or WHERE the issue in the form is. The system just assumes you will review and figure it out on your own.

There is a chat function in the actual PR so you can communicate or upload changes without having to start all over. Great for overall visibility within the company.

Drop downs often get stuck wasting your time clicking on random space to get out of functions. The PRs can't be organized easily and the search function is super sensitive.

I've been working with Intacct since 2012. At the time my firm was a close partner and I worked closely with our internal experts which gave me a great leg-up.

The staff from start to finish on the implementation was great and all the support staff since we've gone live has been great. For a company with a very difficult business model, Intacct works great.

One major problem with some accounting softwares is that the reports needed to perform analysis, checks, etc. are unavailable.

The reporting and revenue recognition is why we initially went with them but have been impressed with many more aspects of the software.

I like that you can easily save information and copy over previous Purchase Requisitions for your new ones. It allows you to save a lot of time by having your information saved for quick processing.
