Instead of having different modules added on in an attempt to stay updated, REsman has a smooth, fully integrated platform that is user friendly and was easy (relatively) to install.

My experience with Res Man has been great. I have been using the software for roughly 4 years, it has been very intuitive and helpful.

Onboarding was great, though costly, they had a great team get everything into their system and we had a great trainer come to our office and train the staff.

Benefits:  They are more cost effective for my size company. Also, the potential to set up my contracts to be E-signed is beneficial.

The initial set up on my website was done by a web professional. She commented on how easy it was to set up and how she was very impressed with the system.

I love the ability for my cleaning company to log on and see what jobs are available to clean also the ability to send messages to me about situations they come across while cleaning.

For me Lodgix has been the most user friendly finding after years of research. And what I like most, is the quickness of customer service, although they are based in US and I am from from Europe.

I am happy with Lodgix and love the price. I am not looking for another booking engine at this time.

We’ve had an easy time with this well-thought out software...compared to the other company we used prior, this software is a dream to implement and use - great tech support too.

Plus, the online help manual is great and the help team is always quick to respond to any questions or set up a tutorial to teach us how to better use the software.

Price point is good, utility is pretty amazing if you geek out at what it can do & you retain control on optimizing the functionality that most other products simply don’t allow.

First and Most important is the finished product and what is looks like to the Potential Guest. I started by looking at the finished product and thought it was clean, professional and easy to use.

So trying to look it up in the manual is hard.

Lodgix is a cloud-based vacation rental solution that provides tools for online booking, guest management and accounting for owners, vacation rental managers and boutique hotels. 


The Lodgix inquiry system helps customers find answers to various types of queries including pricing, quotes and availability using template-based responses. It supports integration with external websites for listing ads including Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia, Flipkey and Tripadvisor.


Additionally, Lodgix supports importing and exporting information from iCal for all properties and third-party sites. Users have access to a free Lodgix WordPress plugin for their websites. It also supports Authorize.net for credit card processing.


Lodgix comes with subscription-based pricing based on the number of properties. Optional modules that are available include employee management, e-signatures, property management and QuickBooks syncing.
