Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very pleased with this product - I have been here 26 years and this multi family product is the best one that is out there.
- The dashboard is useful, the reports are great and the software is very intuitive. There is an easy flow between products and everything is included in the monthly price.
- I love how user-friendly Resman is. I also love the fact that there is a support team I can reach out to if I have any questions.
Cons
- Sometimes the program lags or is not working correctly. If with that being said it doesn't take long for the site to go back up and work properly again.
- The lack of being able to build your own reports.
- On sites sometimes struggle with inputting application dates and move in dates to be the same date.
Pros
- This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.
- The communication we are able to use through the portal has been super great. I have never worked with a program like this until now and would HIGHLY Recommend it to anyone.
- Its very modern and easy to navigate. Then the best this is that their customer support is above par, they are always ready to help and assist if there is something you cant figure out.
Cons
- The Customer Service reps are 9 times out of 10 clueless and extremely unknowledgeable about the software system.
- Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.
- There is no "UNDO" button. I seem to accidentally delete things and not easy to recreate.
