Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love that it is very easy to use and understand.

  • It is easy to use and it was very easy to learn when we got it.

  • Cons

  • This is not so much a con for the Resman software but more so with the partners they are associated with. We have just constantly had issues with them.

  • Would like to see the demographics that are similar to those we see on the tax credit paperwork, but I hear that is coming soon!

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, simplicity, clean designs and superb customer service make StorEdge simply the best. Support is always quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Absolutely love working with them.

  • Very user friendly and visually appealing. The gate software is also very helpful. Love how it corresponds an incoming number to a customer.

  • Cons

  • There are a few specific things that I would prefer to be more tailored to our specific locations, but overall we love the software!

  • There are a few features that could stand some clarification. The move out process before rent is due and then it charges rent regardless could use some work.
