My experience with Res Man has been great. I have been using the software for roughly 4 years, it has been very intuitive and helpful.

Onboarding was great, though costly, they had a great team get everything into their system and we had a great trainer come to our office and train the staff.

The support staff is incredible and very responsive. It's good to know they have your back if you need help right away.

Some of the features are hard to use, and the fillable leases, and loans are not available to us.

Tenants also like its ease of use and connectivity too banks for auto-payment of rent.

Ve been using Tellus for over a year to manage my rental property and it has been super reliable for my needs.

Advertising is easy, rent collection is easy, and record keeping is easy. Any time I’ve had issues, they’ve been quick to respond, investigate the issue, and resolve.

Customer service can take days to get back to you and even then problems can continue. My app currently says that rent collection is paused pending document verification that was completed months ago.
