Pros/Cons

Pros
I like that it was esthetically pleasing and you can easily get the information you need.
System is easy to use and very simple. I love how easy it is to do follow up and track communications!

Cons
- Some features are difficult to find or learn how to use - Multiple ways of completing one task, if you call in for help, you may get different instructions
Nothing - maybe that they weren’t created sooner

Pros
Easy to use, up to date reports and outstanding customer support!
I can easily add all of my properties, customize them and add little details about them. The customer support is fantastic and the set up team was dynamo.

Cons
I wish Landport had an app or easier mobile site for our maintenance technicians to accept and complete work orders. It is too hard for them to read and fill it out on their phones.
It would be nice to have an email interface that converts a simple request into a work order. Staff on the floor don't have time to log in to create a request.
