Pros/Cons
Pros
- There are a lot of features that we didn't have on our old accounting software system. We have a wonderful Accounting rep (Katie Branz) who has been awesome to work with during integration.
- I love the product and very happy we made the switch, but there is always room for improvement. I am just happy the product continues to evolve.
- I have used all other property management software but Entrata is the best. The convenience, easy to use and understand dashboard makes it super convenient and easy to use.
Cons
- This is mainly when it is a small issue that they are unaware of until we have to report it. Sometimes it is fixed rapidly but sometime we are waiting a week or so for the correction.
- Implementation was horrible and took way longer than we were told. Reports don't always accurately generate.
- Sometimes there are errors that appear and require a ticket.
Pros
- Friendly customer service and onboarding. Once we launched the support continues and we are very pleased.
- The customer service is terrific. The representatives are friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledable.
- I love the simplicity of the program and how user-friendly it is. The integration was also super easy and I was able to set it up with the help of an amazing Yardi team.
Cons
- Meaning, each month once charges are posted you have to go search for those negative charges and manually apply them. That's IF your monthly charges post automatically.
- There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges.
- But that took weeks to get done. Honestly a horrible onboarding experience and I would go with appfolio if I had to do it all over again.
