It's an odd feature to be missing, because everything else about every unit and office is customizable (the correspondence documents, the booking modules, the rate plans and the unit setup.

Correspondence is attractive and easy to customize. The various tools available for setting rates/manipulating rates are easy to use.

I really like the fact that you take Feedback seriously. It's nice when something I'm interested in seeing comes to fruition.

Customer service is superb, staff is friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the staff.

We do take advantage of Escapia.net and have recently integrated online booking capabilities with HomeAway and so far, so good. Our rating reflects our satisfaction with the functionality that we use.

Very robust feature list. I couldn't possibly manage our rental list without a strong piece of software like Escapia.

There have been a few snags here and there, but overall I think the software is great.

Extremely difficult to navigate and they seem to have issues with the login pages; I have had to re-register 3 times within the last 5 months. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

It is old and dated with very few updates in the last four years. The reporting and rate engines are frustrating to use and it has a number of oddities that make training and using difficult.

If you advertise on HomeAway websites like VRBO the integration is seamless and easy.

Our staff is not able to enter a task assigned to a unit number with an amount of time associated with it, that we can then transfer to an owner statement to be charged.

Pros - Escapia is user friendly, easy to use, easy to navigate through tabs on reservation screens. Customer Service are always helpful and knowledgeable and the training materials are of great value.

The people we have worked with have been great and are always very helpful and overall, our experience with Escapia has been a very positive one.

I liked the layout of the program as well as the note system. It just did not have enough functions to be useful in our operations.

They build a great web site, we also have a mobile web site that is great. The cost is less than what we were paying with our previous company.

Having to add the information again once it is in the system, is sometimes difficult.

CRM integration is perfect. As part of a large user group features are available that could not be afforded if building an individual website.

They were so rude and unprofessional that I contacted one of their competitors for assistance after months of no response from live Rez.

Also frustrating is how rates are managed. You can set seasons, but it is damn near impossible to adjust the rates for specific days.

Though I have no experience with competing products, the LiveTrust software seems to fantastic so far and should simplify my bookkeeping.

However, I am still struggling to use/edit aspects of our listings in the software and I've been a user for over eight years.

We are talking about thousands of emails from our company alone which caused lots of frustration both from our guests, employees and owners.

Great implementation and support - so glad we've come back to LiveRez.

While these things are good, they don't quite make up for the cons.

I love that the website and reservation system are integrated. I also love the CRM and the iCal integration for our VRBO calendars.

The support on the other end has been awesome. Special thanks to the team for helping us transition from a different platform smoothly.

They are quick, patient, kind, and funny. My 4 star review of Ease of Use is that the system can be a tad tricky.
