The customer service has been exceptional, and there are so many other features we are still learning, ad have yet to implement. What a great value for our money as a small business.

Being able to provide my tenants with a secure platform for online payments and communication has made our operations so much more seamless.

The Dashboard is user friendly, and provides a great overview of all the things I need in order to manage my property.

When an operation fails to perform, it simply prompt an error message.

We are very happy to have switched to Hemlane. We are planning on transitioning our other properties to Hemlane.

Hemlane is so user friendly it significantly cuts down on the time I used to spend and now I can spend more time growing the business.

There is no app, that is my only complaint. We operate our real estate investment/property management business primarily by phone.

It is easy to use once it is set up the maintance department is superb and they are constantly taking care of the tenants.

I have 7 doors in 2 states, one door with Hemlane and 6 with a private management company. Considering what a management company does and charges, Hemlane is a steal.

There isnt a mobile app yet. Interaction in the financials page is a bit difficult to make changes to late fees.

I am not using all the features yet, but I particularly like the ability to market properties from the software. It compared well in terms of cost - benefit to other products on the market.

I love working with the Customer Support and his attention to my issues.

Now I can finally fire my expensive property manager.

He answers all my questions in a timely manner and is confident which makes me feel good. Makes me feel like I am in good hands.

I have had the best customer service to help me set up/walk me through the process. I have never felt like I am having to just figure it out.

Some of the financial stuff was hard to figure out and can still be difficult. Reconciling the hemlane payments to the bank and into QuickBooks gets hard sometimes.

Reasonably intuitive UI. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.

Its intuitive, easy to learn and there is great support.

The rent's being directed to their accounts at a push of a button is super helpful. The communication feature between the tenants is great.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
