Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Its pretty easy to use and intuitive. A plethora of features we have not even explored for use at this time. Easy and automated reporting is great.

  • I like the fact the Hippo was very easy to learn and is user friendly. the customer service is outstanding.

  • Cons

  • If i have to manufacture a negative, it would be getting used to the navigation. Once you get it though it is pretty easy.

  • The assigning parts to equipment could be better organized. It's not a dislike, it's more of a wish. I wish there was a better (hierarchy) way to organize the parts in the parts data base.

  • Pros

  • Upgraded with no issues. Improved features. Great product. I would buy this product again. A must have for any landlord/property manager.

  • Fairly simple to use and has lots of features. I really like that I can make invoices as well. The reporting is well featured and intuitive.

  • Cons

  • The product could use more mobile friendly features. The product is missing ability to attach pictures, have tenants direct deposit, etc. Great value though!

  • With each update you have to learn your way around again but that is a small price to pay for remaining up to date.
