Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact the Hippo was very easy to learn and is user friendly. the customer service is outstanding.

  • The ease of use - very user friendly - tutorials are excellent. I also LOVE how the HIPPO logo celebrates the holidays!

  • Cons

  • If i have to manufacture a negative, it would be getting used to the navigation. Once you get it though it is pretty easy.

  • The assigning parts to equipment could be better organized. It's not a dislike, it's more of a wish. I wish there was a better (hierarchy) way to organize the parts in the parts data base.

  • Pros

  • Fairly easy to use. They have great customer support and always willing to walk you through issues. Overall it's fairly easy.

  • The price is phenomenal. If you are an owner with a few properties, this is ideal.

  • Cons

  • Not all the features are user friendly but the customer service dept quickly and efficiently handled all issues!

  • I feel that the cost starts out really good however, they offer some other products for the higher tiers that are not available in the lower ones.
