Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact the Hippo was very easy to learn and is user friendly. the customer service is outstanding.

  • The ease of use - very user friendly - tutorials are excellent. I also LOVE how the HIPPO logo celebrates the holidays!

  • Cons

  • If i have to manufacture a negative, it would be getting used to the navigation. Once you get it though it is pretty easy.

  • The mobile app is my least favorite part. But, like anything else, it continues to get better and better.

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, simplicity, clean designs and superb customer service make StorEdge simply the best. Support is always quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Absolutely love working with them.

  • Very user friendly and visually appealing. The gate software is also very helpful. Love how it corresponds an incoming number to a customer.

  • Cons

  • There are a few specific things that I would prefer to be more tailored to our specific locations, but overall we love the software!

  • There are a few features that could stand some clarification. The move out process before rent is due and then it charges rent regardless could use some work.
