The platform offers online rent collection and security-deposit management, tenant screenings, maintenance management and more. iManageRent allows users to post advertisements on websites such as Craigslist, Trulia and Zillow. The tenant screening tool provides background information about potential tenants and automatically screens applicants based on user parameters. Users also can store documents such as lease agreements, and they can track and manage maintenance requests and set automatic rent increases. Users add company logos and configure colors for emails, invoices and reports, and administrators can set up additional user accounts for property managers and landlords. Online rent collection can be configured for multiple bank accounts, multiple tenants, pro-rated rent and late-fee parameters. Support is provided via phone and email. Pricing is per unit. I like the listing, application and tracking the payments of units each month. The ability to gather information on how much to rent a unit for, tremendously helpful. Cons: It as intuitive as I would have hoped. Capturing expenses by unit is not available at this time.
