Despite paying the onboarding fee immediately, we faced repeated delays, chaotic communication, and constant out-of-office replies from different team members without prior notice. The data we provided was ignored or mishandled — including basic errors like auto-filling incorrect move-in dates and copy-pasting spreadsheet headers as client names. Issues we raised were often ignored, and integration steps they claimed weren’t done had in fact been completed weeks earlier. Over several weeks, we wasted time repeatedly updating data because Kinnovis failed to act on information we had already provided. When I requested a refund due to non-delivery of services, they refused and shifted the blame entirely to our side. P.s. The software itself is taking a lot of manual work to maintain storage out of our hands, and that was the reason why we signed the contract with Kinnovis in the first place. Cons: There are no such things I really dislike about Kinnovis, more like improvements and changes we really hope they will implement. At this point I think for example it's inconvenient for both customer and company to have a separate invoice for all units you have booked. This is for us the most critical change that needs to happen, because we can't demand a customer to pay 3 times each month for example, when they are renting 3 units. Splitted invoices is what we currently like 'the least' about Kinnovis. Reasons for choosing KINNOVIS Look and feel, and the future proofness of features/team/vision Reasons for switching to KINNOVIS Because Bas is a software based on moving (our core business), and storage is just a side-feature in there tool.
