Great product and service
Well, there are numerous features I like. However, as a Training Director I like that the system records incoming calls and date stamps/times our teams activity. This helps me hold the teams accountable, as well as guides me to see where they need help and/or additional training.
CONSI think the format could be a little easier on the eyes. Our teams spend a lot of screen time in Knock and I would choose different coloring.

Knock - Best CRM Software
I have been in property management for almost 10 years, and Knock has been my favorite CRM System to date. The roll-out was very easy and the training was great through both the Knock Team and our internal trainers. The ease of contacting prospects, being able to create personalized templates, and the reminder set up made everything very streamlined.
PROSThe best features of Knock are the ability to create personalized response templates, the ability to transfer prospects to sister properties, and the different settings and functionality it has. I have become known as the "queen of Knock" and I genuinely love the platform!
CONSUnfortunately, if your on-site team members do not understand or are not proficient in Knock it can get piled up if reminders are not strategically set up. This is more of an operator error and less of a Knock error, but it can become very frustrating! The key of Knock is to ensure there is adequate training and you take advantage of Knock Support!

Knock CRM with ResMan Integration
-I think it's a cool tool to have, but it might be unnecessary. I only say that because we notice less prospects and leads, tours than before, when we used Gmail for our main source of initial contact.-More spam calls than people searching for apartments at times.
PROS-The ease of use.-The ability to make reminders for yourself and coworkers.-Merging guest cards if needed. -Record of follow ups.
CONS-I do not like the tour scheduling. Most of the tours that are scheduled in Knock- the prospect fails to show or cancels randomly.-Less personal than speaking over the phone or in person to someone.-Receiving less Gmail leads and phone leads than we used to. Which is odd.-Sometimes the follow up reminders get repetitive, I'd like to be able to prompt appropriate times to do so myself. Because some prospects want to be the one to reach out and don't want us to spam them with emails.-I've had prospects tell me that the notifications knock sends them is annoying. Which is less productive for us at times.

More Bang For Your Buck!
Knock has been around for a few years and I was not a fan at first. Our account rep listened to my needs and the overall struggles we were dealing with. Their customer service was prompt to get any integration and setup issues handled timely. Over time they developed the items I had been asking for and I've been a partner every since. I've tried a lot of CRM companies over the years and Knock is a superior product to all of them.
PROSThe most impactful feature is the automated reported for me. I have a few reports that come daily, weekly, and then monthly so I can see the overall performance of the sites. To have this is very valuable to me. If I were to ask my site teams what was valuable o them, they would say it is extremely easy and friendly to use. This is important for the people who are going to be using it every day.
CONSI would like to see their Craigslist posting tool to be a little more robust but overall I am very satisfied with the platform as it is.
Reasons for switching to Knock
We made the switch from Yardi CRM to Knock due to integration issues we were having. Once we discovered the issues there was a lack of customer service help in that department at Yardi to get it fixed. I am not able to make sound decisions on advertising and traffic if my reporting is not correct.

The Best CRM Tool!
Overall, we have been very happy with the product and will continue to use more and more.
PROSThe ease of use. The dashboard is so clean and helps manage our day to day traffic. It creates a unique way to maintain the large volumes of traffic we recieve.
CONSThe think I like least would be that the duplicate option does not always filter how i would like. I think having more options to use like a PMS would be great.

Just my opinion!
Love the auto-response, love the email, SMS, chat feature, love the SMILE when at 100%.
PROSUser-friendly, detailed, tracks calls, emails, SMS, etc.
CONSThe LOST prospects keep showing up sometimes. It does NOT merge with YARDI accurately, so the prospects that have already LEASED in our property keep showing up, and when you want to merge the contact, there is ALWAYS an error.
Reasons for switching to Knock
Corporate decision. I guess they heard enough complaints from us, daily users:-).

Knock is amazing!
The overall experience has been great. The all-in-one stop shop to maintain all prospects has been so helpful and keeps the Team on task with follow-up and I like to see where the rentals are coming from. The training has been awesome and our Reps are always responsive and great to work with.
PROSEasy to use and a great way to maintain communication with prospects while keeping a record of said communication. Reporting and the dashboard are colorful making the tasks needed for the day easy to find.
CONSThe scoring is somethings hard to understand at times specifically between the "live score" and the "average score".

User-friendly and price point as well as what is included such as the Chatbot and ease of scheduling tours.

Best CRM We've Used
The reporting is excellent and really hones in on cost per ad source and what leasing specialists are performing what actions. It holds teams accountable.
PROSKnock is easy to implement, easy to use and offers the best customer service of any product I currently use. The product offers much more than the other two we tried.
CONSThe site teams had a little trouble at first but once they started using it, they got the hang of it.

Knock
It helped me keep track of my traffic and when to follow up. I loved being able to use the templates.

The best part is being able to email all of my residents at one time....
PROSKnock is one of the easiest programs I have used by far. It is simple to use and very affective when communicating with residents and prospects. I would recommend to anyone.

Give Knock a Try!
It integrates with mostly everything and is as user friendly as it gets in the multifamily industry.
CONSAlthough probably an internal organizational challenge, we have heard that more training/resources are needed with staff turnover.

It has been a very good experience. It's easy to use and everything is in one place.
PROSEverything is centralized. Everything is stored in one place.
CONSIt's difficult to save and you can't text more than 150 characters on the desktop. There is also a minor issue with data resolution with property management software.
