This software has given me one source of truth for all of my data for my business and allowed for real time reporting that is both current and historical.

This software allows me to track all components of my investment, from value to income to expenses to notes, etc. The ability to enter and show partial rent payments and total rent due is a great feature.

Occasionally some bugs pop up, but the technical support team is very quick to respond and very quick to resolve the issues.

Simple and clean, very responsive staff. Cares and listens to its users.

Honestly not much not to like. Any concern or lack of functionality has been addressed and implemented by LandlordStudio’s staff!

I'm pleased with Landlord software. It help me to stay organized in the car or in our home office.

Separates properties information and expensive to individual units. Also combines all properties cost tracking for overall company cost analysis.

Please add 1099 Misc capabilities to contractor expenses . That can be generated when expense reach the $$$ set point. Can Landlord export to Turbo Tax by property?

I’m an Accountant so the income and expenses tracking in one app is amazing.

Not really many cons just things that can be better in my eyes . For example ways to track subsidized payments along with the tenant portion. Getting funds quicker. Renters insurance for tenants through the portalAssigning maintenance to a vendor

Overall, my experience with Landlord Studio has been outstanding. The application has exceeded expectations. I've found it to be intuitive and has met all of my needs.

Landlord Studio's UX is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Minimal training is needed to start using the application. I've found it to be an easy transition since I started using it. The customer/technical support has been extremely responsive. Often times responding in less than 30 minutes.

No major Landlord Studio cons. I would make a few minor enhancements to the report templates and add a few things to expense tracking (e.g. reimbursed vs non-reimbursed, paid vs not paid, etc.).

It’s made life so much easier, I can run my business if 28 freehold rental units so easily from anywhere in the world and don’t need staff or agencies.

I don’t know why EVERY landlord in UK isn’t using this yet! No need for letting agents at all anymore, this app does everything they do but quicker and more accurate and just better!

There’s nothing I would change about this app

Tax documents are very important in real estate and the fact that I can manage income and expenses within one app gives me the piece of mind.

Before this app, I had used multiple excel sheets. I'd loose track of where I left off, update one and not the other...it was just a mess. The free trial is what made me try it and of course I was skeptical. But I QUICKLY subscribed at the end on my trail and havent looked back since.

Its truly hard to come up with something I like least about this product. But to be fair, I dislike the group emailing function (when more then one tenant is included on the email), the formula doesn't populate their names. But that's very minor.

This app has kept me in touch with all of my properties clients not running late on insurance certificates changing filters in AC and heating units and much much more

It keeps all of my properties up to date once you fill in the information it is very simple to operate and I can use it on multiple devices really don’t know how I would do it without this app

We started using Landlord Studio about 2 years ago, before that, it was the old-fashioned spreadsheets. We really like the reporting aspects of Landlord Studio - it automates things that used to take me minutes (and sometimes hours) to complete.

Probably not fair to call this the least favorite about Landlord Studio - it’s my least favorite about accounting in general. We have grown over the years and different property managers have different account codes. You need to be very disciplined when coding expenses in order to make sure everything balances correctly. The recurring expense tries to help...but on things such as utilities the amount changes. Overall, easy to use software, just make sure you give some thought to your categories early on!

Overall the software is a game changer. I am confident on my finances now.

No surprises. Before landlord Studio it was hard to take each property manually. There was this one property I was losing money on. So many maintenance issues. When I started using Landlord Studio I immediately noticed the loss and made corrections to the rental unit.

Love it! Customer service is very fast, when you actually need them which isn't often as the platform is very easy to use. I researched a number of other platforms before electing Landlord Studio. It was the easiest with a great dashboard and reporting.

Integration was super easy. We discovered landlord studio prior to being tenanted so there was zero interruption. Logging expenses was a breeze, and we had a year worth to get organized so our taxes could be done timely. I could not have asked for an easier system.

I cannot see where I can customize the categories of expense. I imagine this is an option, but as a very new user have not dived into this yet to see. I simply needed to get this year's expenses logged ASAP and the categories offered worked well enough.

I've used LS for five years now. It has helped reduce my paperwork by about 95%, and I'm not exaggerating. I like the app as well. Nice to get some work done while on the road.

I like the option to see the monthly calendar showing when rents, certificates etc were due so you had a larger over view than just seeing what was due / upcoming in the immediate week

Having such a variety of financial reporting allows quick access to a multitude of reports that help give an overview of specific areas of property management.Having my leases all in one place and setting automatic reminders takes the weight off of having to remember key dates.

Landlord studio was recommended to me when I was searching for a user-friendly, inexpensive, detail-oriented program to help me manage several properties. Not only does this program allow me to track my expenses based on the category type, but it provides a multitude of one-tap reports that can give you a clear picture of your property based on specific areas broken down within income/expense reports.

Some of the features that I would like to use are not yet available in Canada. I am eagerly waiting for a wider audience access to these products so that I can use the program to its fullest.

I really like the way that Landlord studio has improved since I started using it, the company are easily contacted via Facebook and always take on board improvement suggestions.

I really like this software, it's so easy to use. I don't use all the features but I still think it's good value for the features that I do use. It has massively cut the amount of time I spend on doing my accounts which is great because it's not something that I enjoy doing.

It would be really useful to have an asset register within the software.

This software is very intuitive and easy to use, yet still has powerful features to help landlord's keep up with their books on their rental properties. The customer service is excellent and they are very responsive to the needs of the customer.

I wish there was a way that the properties list could be alphabetized so that I can more quickly scan thru the properties while entering rents and expenses. It takes a lot of time to have to scan all the properties looking for the one unit you need to enter an item to sometimes.

No problems other than a mild time adjusting when it changed a little. In short, I couldn’t operate without it.
