This software has given me one source of truth for all of my data for my business and allowed for real time reporting that is both current and historical.

This software allows me to track all components of my investment, from value to income to expenses to notes, etc. The ability to enter and show partial rent payments and total rent due is a great feature.

Occasionally some bugs pop up, but the technical support team is very quick to respond and very quick to resolve the issues.

Simple and clean, very responsive staff. Cares and listens to its users.

Honestly not much not to like. Any concern or lack of functionality has been addressed and implemented by LandlordStudio’s staff!

Sure makes keeping track of 9 properties and growing easier. I couldn’t imagine doing what I do without it.

Overall, my experience with Landlord Studio has been outstanding. The application has exceeded expectations. I've found it to be intuitive and has met all of my needs.

Landlord Studio's UX is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Minimal training is needed to start using the application. I've found it to be an easy transition since I started using it. The customer/technical support has been extremely responsive. Often times responding in less than 30 minutes.

No major Landlord Studio cons. I would make a few minor enhancements to the report templates and add a few things to expense tracking (e.g. reimbursed vs non-reimbursed, paid vs not paid, etc.).

I really really like this software. Despite the few things I would improve if I was magic, it is so efficient I would not even think of looking elsewhere. If it cost more, I might but honestly, the cost is SO affordable for the power it has, I will be using this for years to come, unless, like FreshBooks, they increase costs for their reduced service.

The cost. I was using FreshBooks before, for 10 years. They got too big for their britches. Their "new FreshBooks" cost a lot and lost a ton of really useful features. Landlord Studio, while it does not have every feature FreshBooks had, is entirely capable of managing all aspects of property management. I even use it for non-rental business income ... at $12 a year per 'location' I cannot think of a better solution.I think Reports is my most used feature, other than my almost daily use of Expenses. I could not love Reports more. <3The support is great. I don't always get what I ask for (features or improvements), but they are quick to respond and always very helpful.

There's a few. Gotta be honest.1) I wish "Expenses" was at the top of every property, rather than having to scroll way down ... it is the one thing I, and presumably others, use way more often than Overview, Payments, Leases, Tenants, or Notes. 2) I was unable to import from FreshBooks.3) I am *huge* on keyboard shortcuts so when I tab through an expense I am creating, it is annoying that the Paid date becomes the current date. It would not be so bad, but the Paid date is where Reports draws from. IMO, there should be an "Expense date", rather than a Due date or a Paid date and Reports should draw from the Expense date.4) Somewhere along the line, this got lost ... it used to work and it was invaluable to me. I used to be able to open an expense in a new tab and keep my original list of expenses open in the 1st tab. I could open as many expenses as I wanted that way. Now, it opens in the same tab, and what is worse, when I go back to my expense list, it is back at the original 10 expenses displayed, so if it is down the page, I need to use the picker to pick 25, 50, or 100 entries. If I could even choose 100 as the default that would help, but that is not an option. Once nice thing ... at lease I can right click on Properties to open each one in a new tab. :)5) There are options that are only available in the USA and therefore not to me in Canada.

The main thing I want property management software for is managing leases and producing tax/accounting reports each year. This is all done seamlessly in the app. It is also important to have good value for money as well, which is something this offers. The value for money is better than the free software I have tried as well.

I have used this software for a number of years now. I have tried free and paid for platforms in the past but when I discovered Landlord Studio I stuck with it. It does everything I need it for and I know it can do a whole lost more than what I use it for as well.

There isn't really anything that is lacking in the software. Having used different platforms in the past nothing had the features or usability that this one does.

Managing expenses and income is so much easier and very helpful come tax time too.

I’d like it much better if suppliers were part of the general reports.

I’m using it for an unusual purpose - to manage RV vehicle storage sites. Each site is set up as a separate unit with a lease, contact, payment schedule etc. It works incredibly well for this application with up to date info on all sites, income reporting, and flags for overdue rent. Much of the software’s functionality is not needed for me, but I can justify the software cost for my business because of the information I get and the ease of tracking and managing multiple sites.

Simple interface; robust and reliable. Excellent support

Having to contact support to increase subscription sites rather than do via app. Not a big deal though.

It’s made life so much easier, I can run my business if 28 freehold rental units so easily from anywhere in the world and don’t need staff or agencies.

I don’t know why EVERY landlord in UK isn’t using this yet! No need for letting agents at all anymore, this app does everything they do but quicker and more accurate and just better!

Nothing so far! Everything has been exceptional.

My overall experience with the software and the customer support/development team has been amazing. This software has truly changed how I manage my real estate rental property business and streamlined how I manage and maintain the data in real time. As a result, my tax preparation work and time put in to prepare my taxes has decreased dramatically!

The software is simple to use, easy to access on multiple platforms, and provides real time data entry and review of property status that can take place from anywhere. This software allows me to track all of my properties in one place with a simple visual interface that allows me to see tenant/lease status and information, property details and notes, and income/expense data right at my fingertips. Lastly, the reporting functions are a huge feature as it makes tax time much faster and seamless as I fill out Schedule E's for each property accordingly. I can now literally push a button and generate the report!

There is really not much that I don't like about this software, but if I had to pick my least favorite it would probably be a limitation on the number of reminders that can be set and/or a few extra fields that would be nice to have on some data entry screens. That said, I've notified the developers of these items and they are working on adding all of these additions and features. Their response time and integration of requested features has been second to none. They are great to work with!

The customer support is amazing. I have had about 4 occasions where I have needed help from the software people. Invariably the reply comes within a day and everything I have wanted to do or know has an answer. It is by far the best software for my needs out there and I tried many before I found Landlord Studio.

Reasonably intuitive to operate. The ease of use and the ability to do via phone app or desktop is most useful. Quickly captures both expenses and revenue by property with reports that tell you exactly where you are at. To be able to capture an expense at point of sale and upload receipt straight into software makes record keeping so easy.

The higher end reporting sometimes is not as intuitive and I have had to write to ask how to do something.

Overall the software is a game changer. I am confident on my finances now.

No surprises. Before landlord Studio it was hard to take each property manually. There was this one property I was losing money on. So many maintenance issues. When I started using Landlord Studio I immediately noticed the loss and made corrections to the rental unit.

The tenant info is not downloadable You can not use refunds from the bank feed

I would give this program a 5 star even though I do have that one issue. Simply because it’s a very convenient program, easy to use, and has just about everything you need to keep track of one or multiple properties. Not to mention the customer service is great. They respond really quickly to inquires I send them via email. Often times in less than 6 hours.

I love the ease of use on both the desktop and mobile version. As most people are on the go, the mobile version makes it very easy to access your properties, note payments/expenses, add docs, etc.... Looking at the home page, it’s very easy to get a feel for what’s going on with your property like balances, overdue rents, expense.

The only thing that is even just slightly inconvenient is the fact that anytime I make a payment to a vendor, I have to input all info related to vendor. I’ve worked with other software in the past where you would be able to simply click on the vendor via drop down menu and the system automatically fills in vendor info including type of service (ie: legal, utilities, maintenance, etc...).

Love it! Customer service is very fast, when you actually need them which isn't often as the platform is very easy to use. I researched a number of other platforms before electing Landlord Studio. It was the easiest with a great dashboard and reporting.

Integration was super easy. We discovered landlord studio prior to being tenanted so there was zero interruption. Logging expenses was a breeze, and we had a year worth to get organized so our taxes could be done timely. I could not have asked for an easier system.

I cannot see where I can customize the categories of expense. I imagine this is an option, but as a very new user have not dived into this yet to see. I simply needed to get this year's expenses logged ASAP and the categories offered worked well enough.
