It is really helpful in making sure you don't miss anything especially if you are new to the program. I haven't needed to use the the mobile app but I'm sure it would come in handed is needed. #### Cons I do not like how there are multiple tabs for each locations. You would need to make sure you in the right rub menu in order to find or create what you need. #### Reasons for switching to Lucernex It was a company swtich. Lucernex is top of the line in terms of organizing data related to Tenant Contracts. Many of your competitors began with systems designed for Landlords, which were modified to fit a Tenant's needs. We were able to implement the system on a significant time crunch, so we received great support from [sensitive content hidden] and the rest of their team behind the scenes. The system is pretty intuitive to use for everyday tasks and training the team wasn't difficult. #### Cons Transitioning from Tririga was bit more challenging than expected since in Tririga vendors are tied to the store rather than each individual payment/recurring expense. There should be a greater involvement from Accruent to assure that companies are getting the best use possible from their products.
