Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We have found that PayHOA has all the right tools for our small 41 unit HOA

  • The most great experience was the service during our transition to the new portal. The system ease of use, real time, and features with several options are available are secondary.

  • Cons

  • There are times when the software seems to lag. Response time when using a smart phone is a bit slow.

  • It can be a little slow, so you definitely want to time manage your needs. It is a good idea to not wait until the last minute just in case of system glitches.

  • Pros

  • Fairly easy to use. They have great customer support and always willing to walk you through issues. Overall it's fairly easy.

  • The price is phenomenal. If you are an owner with a few properties, this is ideal.

  • Cons

  • Not all the features are user friendly but the customer service dept quickly and efficiently handled all issues!

  • I feel that the cost starts out really good however, they offer some other products for the higher tiers that are not available in the lower ones.
