Pros/Cons
Pros
- Takes care of all accounting and payment service, so that you can focus your efforts on customer service and growth. Customer support is superb.
- I appreciate the excellent support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT. He is super helpful and has offered to walk us through the reports to better explain them.
- I love being able to work from anywhere. This software gives the freedom to work remotely.
Cons
- Even professional accountants preparing our clients annual block accounts have failed to understand the complexity of the statements provided.
- The variations to block management usage have been very, very difficult for us to adopt.
- For us, the overall realisation of their (payprops) promise has failed to materialise.
Pros
- They've always been supportive, enthusiastic, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
- The customer support staff is amazing, I send off an email and I typically get a response almost immediately whether by email or phone, the staff is very personable, and friendly egar to help.
- My experience with shift has been great. The software is very useful, fast and user friendly.
Cons
- The uneccessary PAP complexity. Makes tracking end dates difficult and results in angry clients at times.
- The information that can be stored under the unit files in each Corporation is more of a one stop shop it is just the steps to get you there. Recording or entering information is time consuming.
- Little bit slower in a slow network environment. Hard to edit in invoices with spelling and etc.
