I hate my rental company waited so long to get this. I prefer this over calling into the maintenance line any day.

This has not worked well, and repairs keep getting missed, leaving tenants upset and causing us more work cleaning up the messes with tenants, clients, and vendors.

Still using because love it for maintenance management.

The communication aspect and API to our PM software. It tracks our work orders like we thought and allows us to share important information with our investors immediately.

Major benefits including tenants ability to upload melds. Helps out a ton as we have over 800 properties we manage.

The whole experience has been horrible. There is no way to get in touch with customer support.

The ease of use for this program is unlike any other.

Lack of information submitted to vendors, disrupts vendor's normal processes, inefficient for vendors to use, makes communication difficult.

Great customer service provided from the team. Constantly reaching out to me making sure everything is running smoothly rather than waiting on a problem to arise.

The support staff is rude and ineffectual. Not only can they not make an appointment, even if workmen screws up an order but also they are condescending.

Searching for properties, open repair tickets, status of repairs, etc is easy to find, and the software is very intuitive to use.

They offered a reference to another Property Management company who is bigger than our company and using Property Meld successfully.

Every time we suggest something they actually consider it and help make them better. It has been wonderful working with them.

The easy user interface...required ZERO training for tenants and vendors. Great application and easy to implement.

Integration of financial reporting would be nice, but then I am concerned we may loose some of the simple functionality and ease-of-use of this software.

The staff said that they would not issue a refund and that we would still be charged for the remaining 2 months (of the 90 day period).

We feel that the product is great and has helped improve our response to our tenants repair requests. They have been able to integrate it with AppFolio as well which makes it all the more easy to use.

It's super quick to get started, with an intuitive interface.

I like how easy it is to submit a maintenance issue with the home we are renting. You are notified of updates immediately.

This requires all users including the vendors, owners, and tenants to create accounts outside of your property management software. Expecting vendors to do this is ridiculous.

We have started using Meld now and our tenants love it  and the customer support at Meld is very fast and helpful.

Fast integration - took 1 day to have me up and running. Mobile friendly - I can check on the status of all my maintenance from any device at home.

Property Meld had SMS communication that allowed us to move back and forth between vendor, tenant, and owner that was great to use.

New melds cannot be created that use the same category of a previous meld.

I love how easy this software makes managing property maintenance. Vendors are accessible and tenants are able to see what we see in relation to their melds.

We are now able to talk to our vendors and residents in real time. YES!!!  The live chats, instant push notifications and accountability for all parties is priceless.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
