Pros
- The Customer Support,(is excellent, very nice and helpful. Cost of program is great value.
- They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions.
Cons
- Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh.
- The messaging feature has caused us miscommunication with our tenants and comes across unprofessional so we abandoned trying to use it. Messages will not bounce back if an incorrect address is used.
Pros
- I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.
- User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.
Cons
- The waiting time to speak with a Rep. This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.
- Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.
