Propertyware is an amazing software and I would not use anything else besides this.

Reports are difficult to understand and there is no explanation. Difficult to make changes, locks entries for needless reasons.

When we reapeatedly questioned them on this issue they could never explain it to us and how it worked. We asked for a partial refund because of the mis representation of their product, they refused.

I love the fact that the software is customizable.

Huge fan of the 2 way API and the ease of use with other technology that is essential for property managers.

Not just for the web templates, but also for the graphic interface of the software and the automatically generated print brochures. PW is confusing and poorly laid out overall.

The software has many useful features for example Custom fields, customized reporting, and automated scheduling of reports. Integration with DocuSign is a huge time saver.

Maintenance integration is amazing also the money out.

The transfer of properties/owners integration was difficult and did not go smoothly.

If you pay extra, PW can host your website. This is necessary to integrate rental listings, ePayments, portals, and online applications.

I enjoy being able to easily add information to make the document more complete. I have used this for many years so I am adept to finding my way around the dbase to find the information needed.

But here there is no Pay button. I could not locate it on other pages too.

The application is feature rich, cloud-based and comprehensive in its offering. The browser-based interface was nice and was pretty responsive.

Very robust reporting and most detailed accounting system I have come across.

The software is insanely slow. You'll pay double your labor costs in people just waiting for uploads and downloads, when it decides to work.

The ease of use, and attributes are very good. It’s knowledge base is a great necessity resource.

As it continue to progress the changes have been very helpful and easier to use.

Implementation drug on from 11/15 to 1/30 and turned on live without any testing. The marketing is useless without paying Zillow.

Customer service is great. In general Propertyware as a company seem interested providing solution to my problems.

Too pricy for a small landlord and the design looks quite hard for me.

Excellent replacement of QuickBooks for a Mgmt Company.

The owner reports were TERRIBLE. They managed a fourplex for me and every month was a challenge to figure out income and expenses.

The reports, Customer service reps do not know how to use the product. I know more then they do so they do not know how to fix problems.

Very poor customer service, blatant misrepresentation about the features and how the software performs.

I like that they offer free trial and price is pretty reasonable for the features the software offers.

This software is very user friendly. The capabilities and functions far exceed what we utilize.

Propertyware offers great reporting, that you can schedule, and makes accessing resident data really simple.

This caused issues for about a month and half before we had to stop using the check scanner through Propertyware.

I do not currently use but trial version was very difficult to use and understand.

Initially, we were happy with Propertyware before it was acquired by Real Page and they stopped investing in it.

The support team has been extremely responsive in working with our teams and discussions about enhancements to be competitive with our products.

My experience as an owner was awful. The Owner Reporting feature is terribly lacking.

Unfortunately, this is the day I pay my owner bills and owner checks. This online program is very unstable.

It has been positive and helpful in managing properties.

LImited integration with various online posting services.

This software is easy to use and can be customized easily. I use this software to manage residents as well as for all accounting purposes and am very pleased.

In the end we chose another option however for a company starting out this would be an amazing option as it has a ton of information you can record on every property.

Overall, I think Rent Manger is an amazing product.

The software is very user friendly and intuitive making  it easy to onboard new employees.

The RM software is very powerful and I appreciate being able to use the formatted reports as well as creating my own.

This platform is easy to use and understand and customer service is great.

They were great to deal with an have created a great product just not the right one for us.

Initially I thought the problem was with RM and then I thought it was with my ISP. The network engineer tweaked some setting and it helped a lot.

Good program with excellent support, affordable price and great functionality.

It's not web based yet...but then again, I tried a web based site and it was terrible. I had such limited features.

Some things are difficult to find, especially permissions.

If the program doesn't handle it, they have an integrated partner that does. Amazing one-stop shop for your property management needs.

What I like about Rent Manager the most is that it is easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

The staff of customer service representatives is the best I have ever dealt with. They are always cheerful, knowledgeable, and so very helpful.

I like that the signable documents automatically upload to history/notes once you complete them. That allows for easy transferring of documents.

Rent Manager - Great Property Management Software.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with Rent Manager. I use it daily and it tracks a great deal of data for all of our tenants (previous, current, and future).

We use several of the integrations and are currently looking at adding several more. The allow us to adapt to every changing technologies and industry best practices.

This software is excellent in all ways. So easy to use, we switched from Quick Books to Rent Manager.

I must say that after  that fiasco I am even more impressed with the outstanding customer service you get with Rent Manager.

No more can a tenant say that we didn't fix anything. I can have pictures, time frames, and they sign.

User Friendly Program and as the CFO love the PRICE for what we get.

And if not they can write it in to the software. We just started to use the integration with website this past year and been great.

Fundamental usability flaws mean frustration and unnecessary time spent especially with repetitive tasks, and sore wrists from all the mousing that shouldn't be necessary.

Whether it is technical support or assistance in scripting to help you streamline or create custom reports, they are always  extremely helpful and responsive.
