Propertyware is an amazing software and I would not use anything else besides this.

Reports are difficult to understand and there is no explanation. Difficult to make changes, locks entries for needless reasons.

When we reapeatedly questioned them on this issue they could never explain it to us and how it worked. We asked for a partial refund because of the mis representation of their product, they refused.

I love the fact that the software is customizable.

Huge fan of the 2 way API and the ease of use with other technology that is essential for property managers.

Not just for the web templates, but also for the graphic interface of the software and the automatically generated print brochures. PW is confusing and poorly laid out overall.

The software has many useful features for example Custom fields, customized reporting, and automated scheduling of reports. Integration with DocuSign is a huge time saver.

Maintenance integration is amazing also the money out.

The transfer of properties/owners integration was difficult and did not go smoothly.

If you pay extra, PW can host your website. This is necessary to integrate rental listings, ePayments, portals, and online applications.

I enjoy being able to easily add information to make the document more complete. I have used this for many years so I am adept to finding my way around the dbase to find the information needed.

But here there is no Pay button. I could not locate it on other pages too.

The application is feature rich, cloud-based and comprehensive in its offering. The browser-based interface was nice and was pretty responsive.

Very robust reporting and most detailed accounting system I have come across.

The software is insanely slow. You'll pay double your labor costs in people just waiting for uploads and downloads, when it decides to work.

The ease of use, and attributes are very good. It’s knowledge base is a great necessity resource.

As it continue to progress the changes have been very helpful and easier to use.

Implementation drug on from 11/15 to 1/30 and turned on live without any testing. The marketing is useless without paying Zillow.

The owner reports were TERRIBLE. They managed a fourplex for me and every month was a challenge to figure out income and expenses.

The reports, Customer service reps do not know how to use the product. I know more then they do so they do not know how to fix problems.

Very poor customer service, blatant misrepresentation about the features and how the software performs.

I like that they offer free trial and price is pretty reasonable for the features the software offers.

This software is very user friendly. The capabilities and functions far exceed what we utilize.

Propertyware offers great reporting, that you can schedule, and makes accessing resident data really simple.

This caused issues for about a month and half before we had to stop using the check scanner through Propertyware.

I do not currently use but trial version was very difficult to use and understand.

Initially, we were happy with Propertyware before it was acquired by Real Page and they stopped investing in it.

The support team has been extremely responsive in working with our teams and discussions about enhancements to be competitive with our products.

My experience as an owner was awful. The Owner Reporting feature is terribly lacking.

Unfortunately, this is the day I pay my owner bills and owner checks. This online program is very unstable.

It has been positive and helpful in managing properties.

Setting up the software was difficult for our group.

Now everything is puffy, seems cluttered with pulldown and pop ups. A pain for a busy front desk.

We implemented the booking tool on our website and it has been wonderful. I have been exploring the additional features and slowly utilizing more of what WRP has to offer.

We are happy with the product, price and service.

We are loving how user friendly it is and the ability to use their booking engine has made life so much easier as well.

The manipulation of reservations, availability and pricing is great. Also, the integration with OTA/GDS is seamless.

On the most part it is great although o would love the opportunity to be able to open more than one property at a time.

Our experience has been wonderful. Customers service from our main rep, has been amazing and service from the technical support is always great.

The overall experience has been great. Everything from easily accessing the housekeeping reports to retrieving the information needed to process my monthly sales taxes with the FL Dept of Revenue.

Once set up , its easy to use. And it is compatible to some sites that integrate with it.

To have a system that I can access all parts of without being tied to my physical site allows me to easily check and help staff, answer a guests question, or help with a Group Folio.

It is extremely efficient, and in our business that is very important.

I wish there was an Airbnb integration as manually entering them is a pain.

Software is easy to use, being able to customize email templates is helpful and customer service is outstanding.

WebRezPro is a great PMS solution for us expecially with its huge number of integrated online travel agencies over the internet.

We had some trouble using the calendar on a phone but that's nothing major. There are a lot of options and settings and customization features.

Ease of use when training new staff. Great for manipulating hotel reservations.

We have never had a overbooking in 3 years. Customer support is great, very knowledgeable about the system.

We are very happy with the level of support & attention to our account that WebRezPro provides. It is comforting to know that they are so quick to respond to the challenges we encounter.

If we do have questions, however, the WebRezPro support team works tirelessly (and sometimes quiet patiently) to ensure we have the answers.

I have never called for support (during working hours of course) and had no one answer.

What I love about WebRezPro is the fact that it integrates so well with other tools, like our channel manager and CRM.

I like that it's cloud based. It's easy for me to log in from home if I need to help an associate.

It does not work well at all on a mobile device.

The reservation and calendar features are awesome. It helps organize and manage our 18-condo resort.

I am in accounting, I like that it has interfaces for the other software we use.

When we first started we were so thrilled to have a fantastic calendar to utilize and see our occupancy in a snapshot view.

The system is moderately easy to use and the customer service team is amazing to help when you need it.

Just kidding of course ... but really it would be hard to identify something we don't like.

For the money this is the best product I've used or demo-ed. Its easy to use and the developers keep working to improve it.
