The worst part of being sick is trying to get an appointment with your doctor, or leaving your house, going to urgent care, waiting, and possibly not getting a diagnosis. I am so grateful for TeleMed because I can get treatment for my illness without having to drag my poor tired body out of the house and risk getting other people sick.

TeleMed solves the biggest problem of being sick - getting to the doctor, and getting there fast. This product makes it so easy to quickly get a medical diagnosis and medicine for quick, one off illnesses. When I wake up with a sinus infection, I can call or set up an appointment in TeleMed right away, I am contacted by a doctor quickly, and I can get a prescription if needed ASAP.

I don't have many complaints. If only I could use this for ALL my doctor and dentist visits, but there are some things only an in-person doctor can help with.

This has replaced the prior pager system at my healthcare system. I like the messaging capabilities, and the ability to call patients back securely from within the app.
