This software is easy to use and can be customized easily. I use this software to manage residents as well as for all accounting purposes and am very pleased.

In the end we chose another option however for a company starting out this would be an amazing option as it has a ton of information you can record on every property.

Overall, I think Rent Manger is an amazing product.

The software is very user friendly and intuitive making  it easy to onboard new employees.

The RM software is very powerful and I appreciate being able to use the formatted reports as well as creating my own.

They were great to deal with an have created a great product just not the right one for us.

Initially I thought the problem was with RM and then I thought it was with my ISP. The network engineer tweaked some setting and it helped a lot.

Rent Manager - Great Property Management Software.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with Rent Manager. I use it daily and it tracks a great deal of data for all of our tenants (previous, current, and future).

We use several of the integrations and are currently looking at adding several more. The allow us to adapt to every changing technologies and industry best practices.

This software is excellent in all ways. So easy to use, we switched from Quick Books to Rent Manager.

I must say that after  that fiasco I am even more impressed with the outstanding customer service you get with Rent Manager.

No more can a tenant say that we didn't fix anything. I can have pictures, time frames, and they sign.

User Friendly Program and as the CFO love the PRICE for what we get.

And if not they can write it in to the software. We just started to use the integration with website this past year and been great.

Fundamental usability flaws mean frustration and unnecessary time spent especially with repetitive tasks, and sore wrists from all the mousing that shouldn't be necessary.

Whether it is technical support or assistance in scripting to help you streamline or create custom reports, they are always  extremely helpful and responsive.

Another great feature is the owner portal. Ny owner absolutely loves the easy access and variety of reports available as does her accountant.

Every time I have had an issue with the software it turned out to be user error or ignorance of the product.

Not a lot of setup fees and all that stuff. The customer service is outstanding, very responsive.

No copy of that email anywhere in Rentec. I can check a box to copy the mail to myself when I send it, but when I get it, it does not show it sent to the other email address, just to me.

Their support team is very responsive and always happy to help walk me through any questions I may have on an entry I've made.

The only thing missing is the lack of phone numbers being included with the profile when possible.

When notifying Rentec of cancelling and requesting an owed refund they simply ignored the 5 emails, and refused to acknowledge any emails.

My accountant did say I had the most organized and easy to follow spreadsheet they had seen in quite a while.
