This was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had. Their team is prompt, professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to helping owners win. Cons: The only negative in our build process came from an outside influence that neither StoragePug nor our team had any control over. In fact, StoragePug went out of their way to help us navigate the situation—even though they weren’t responsible for it. Our GBP had been suspended for 2 months before we found out. Through luck of meeting Tommy at a state trade show he offered a suggestion and we had our issue fixed in less than 48 hours.
