RISSOFT by Realty Information Systems is a property management solution that caters to property managers who manage residential and commercial real estate, condominiums, cooperatives, RV parks, parking facilities and more. The solution can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.

RISSOFT's management menu helps users to manage legal cases, work orders, vacancies, rent arrears, calendar tasks and tenant applications from a single screen. The solution also allows users to send rent bills, letters and energy consumption reports to their tenants.

RISSOFT helps users keep track of their letters, leases, invoices, floor plans and pictures and features separate letter/document databases for tenants, apartments, properties, companies and vendors. Additionally, the solution enables users to create custom reports and export them in .pdf, .xls, .csv or .html formats for electronic transfer by email or over the internet.

Services are offered as a yearly license that includes support via phone, email and an online support portal.

RIS Software

Pros

I have been using this management software for the past couple of years and have nothing poor to say. It is beyond user friendly and most importantly if i ever have an issue, the customer service is and has always been very accessible and helpful. They are trying to cater to the client as much as possible and there is no better company to grow your business with knowing that we are on the same page and are working together.

Cons

The only con that i can think of is that there is not yet an easy to use app

Easy to use

I have found their customer service to be very responsive. They will even answer my general questions about their program.

Pros

The software is easy to use and to add buildings is a breeze. I like the ease of check writing, and monthly bank reconciliations are quick. The scanning of bills and documents is a great feature.

Cons

It would be nice to have a payroll program

3rd year and loving it!

Easy to use, they will costumize to your needs. Much cheaper than all the others out there. Riss is an amazing value! Best bang for your buck for sure and a great management system.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

The product is Okay at best. Pros: Easy to make Corrections Cons: The Service help team- You can't tell them there is anything wrong with the program because they will jump down your throat and call you stupid. I'm not kidding. When they can't fix something they tell you have someone else more competent call them back and they hang up on you. They will not return calls and never call you by your correct name. Problems don't get fixed, you just learn to work around them. -Small screens that don't enlarge -Program is dated
