Pros/Cons
Pros
- They've always been supportive, enthusiastic, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
- The customer support staff is amazing, I send off an email and I typically get a response almost immediately whether by email or phone, the staff is very personable, and friendly egar to help.
- Overall, Shiftsuite is a good accounting system related to the property management field, and i do recommend it to other users. Good Luck and All the Best Shiftsuite.
Cons
- The uneccessary PAP complexity. Makes tracking end dates difficult and results in angry clients at times.
- The information that can be stored under the unit files in each Corporation is more of a one stop shop it is just the steps to get you there. Recording or entering information is time consuming.
- Little bit slower in a slow network environment. Hard to edit in invoices with spelling and etc.
Pros
- Friendly customer service and onboarding. Once we launched the support continues and we are very pleased.
- The customer service is terrific. The representatives are friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledable.
- I love the simplicity of the program and how user-friendly it is. The integration was also super easy and I was able to set it up with the help of an amazing Yardi team.
Cons
- Meaning, each month once charges are posted you have to go search for those negative charges and manually apply them. That's IF your monthly charges post automatically.
- There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges.
- But that took weeks to get done. Honestly a horrible onboarding experience and I would go with appfolio if I had to do it all over again.
