Great Program! Great Concept!
This is a GREAT concept! It eliminates all the countless calls of people wanting to schedule showings. Super easy to use and the email reminders are the best!!
CONSThe only con that i have is the price, we had to stop using it because it was too expensive for the amount of properties that we have in our inventory.

Why ShowMojo Reduces Grief to Dollars
I think they're a great company and I am one of their biggest fans because of the quality of work they do on a customer service level, on a technological level, and the fact that they manage a technology that helps guerrilla agents like me to compete with larger companies in my market.
PROSI've truly enjoy the fact that the software can calculate the drive times between properties. I like how it is constantly analyzing this information and presenting to the customer options that will work for all parties. I truly enjoy the fact that this software reaches out to existing tenants with information about when showings will take place. I'm still in shock as to how diligent the software is with its follow up. For me, it is not possible to manage 10 to 30 listings at the same time without this kind of software.
CONSThe only true con I would have about this software is that the aesthetics of the website are very vanilla.
Reason for choosing ShowMojo
I saw that cost was better and its ability to customize to my specific needs. Every single real estate company and agent needs more options to customizing how they interact with the marketplace. Each marketplace is very specific to the people that live in it and every agent is unique to the market that they serve. Without options and the ability to customize messages and the presentation of real estate property, it turns into another advertising product as opposed to a marketing product. I think what I'm getting at here is that this product solves a marketing issue which I believe customers are hungry for by doing better marketing. I think customers are sick of advertising and that's primarily what Zillow does. There are too many advertisers and not enough marketers doing good work. Thank you ShowMojo!

Showmojo won't tell you your ads arent being shown to anyone, and overbilling
Sure, they have nice friendly customer support and a cool system for leads to schedule themselves, but managing this platform is a full time job alone. The cost is ridiculously high and it generates next to no leads or income, even if you have 80 ads running!! Overall: a waste of precious resources and a vicious billing cycle.
PROSThe scheduling feature is useful, and the clickable links for client to schedule shows themselves are good
CONSShowmojo will never have it printed in any of their instructionals or literature, that if you post a listing with the same address someone else has already used, your ads basically get seen by NO ONE. PERIOD. (you basically have no concrete way to determine this either). In NYC, we have tons of open listings and large buildings with hundreds of units, and I paid and wrote ads for a year not knowing this. I didn't even learn this a year into it!! I suspended my account during covid and restarted recently, even though it only landed me 2 deals in a year. Half of those proceeds went to maintaining the cost of this account. Your billing day shifts every month, so when I quit, supposedly in time for a new billing round, they still billed me an extra 79 dollars. I begged them not to and had deleted my account. They still did it. If you are a NYC broker, this is a huge drain of advertising money and valuable time. Just don't.

Reclaim Your Time and Upgrade Your Property Management Leasing Game With ShowMojo
Onboarding any new vendor or process comes with its share of hiccups and ours was no different. Thankfully, I found ShowMojo's support staff to be patient and committed to making sure we got the kinks worked out and our processes dialed in to our satisfaction. [sensitive content hidden] with ShowMojo support were professional, attentive to addressing our concerns and committed to ensure that we achieved the desired result.
PROSShowMojo code locks are easy to install and easy to use. You don't have to worry about a key walking off or being copied and the locks don't require internet access. They are a secure solution to providing timely access for prospective residents who wish to view our properties for lease. Their Live Answer Agent service has placed our showing scheduling on cruise control freeing up my time for business development and working on our business instead of in our business.
CONSI have two new feature requests:1) Add the option of assigning a second/alternate Permanent Access Code to each lock2) Allowing our maintenance tech to use the mobile app to assign the new address to the lock they just installed while on site to help alleviate any confusion or error.
