Clean UI means its easy to find exactly what you are looking for with few clicks. I really love the lease abstraction service that the team offers (paid). It helps take some of the busy work off my plate and then I can spend my time reviewing those abstractions vs. pulling out all of the data. #### Cons Nothing noteworthy comes to mind. I've utilized Spacebase at the past two companies with overwhelming success. We had all of our lease accounting in excel, and we had a very tough time parsing the lease agreements and amendments before Spacebase. Now that we have Spacebase, the extraction team helps us to determine any commencement, escalation, and termination dates in a concrete and understandable way. We had a much more manual process before that left many of the dates open to interpretation and could result in wild swings in our accounting entries. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros The best part about Spacebase for me is the Accounting Module. It has simplified and made our ASC 842 monthly, quarterly and annual lease accounting processes much more seamless. #### Cons Spacebase has some limitations in terms of importing historical data and reflecting modifications from an accounting module perspective.
