Linking with Stripe payments, keyless customer access with Bearbox and other automations are fantastic. #### Cons No real dislikes of the current product. Would love to see additional integrations with marketing such as Mailchimp. In a nutshell it is the quickest and easiest way to get your self storage business up and running given that it includes a website and booking system. Most other software options would require separate websites and booking system integrations at significant cost. #### Cons There are a number of features missing that are available on other platforms but Stora is launching new features on a regular basis. Reporting could also be better to give a more detailed view of the business operations. #### Reasons for choosing Stora Stora promised a quick and easy way to provide an online booking system for our client's startup. Thank you [sensitive content hidden]! #### Cons Draft invoices go unmissed if someone has stopped automatic collections in Stripe, sadly for us as a company the previous employee had actioned this on various customers accounts meaning that these customers were getting their storage for free since the automatic payment collection was stopped. Whenever I’ve had an issue (usually because I wasn’t using it correctly), there’s always been someone available during working hours to help.
