Linking with Stripe payments, keyless customer access with Bearbox and other automations are fantastic. Cons: No real dislikes of the current product. Would love to see additional integrations with marketing such as Mailchimp. Further customisation on discount promotions as well as analytics reporting would be great to have in the future. Overall it provides a really good platform to operate a successful self storage facility. In a nutshell it is the quickest and easiest way to get your self storage business up and running given that it includes a website and booking system. Most other software options would require separate websites and booking system integrations at significant cost. Cons: There are a number of features missing that are available on other platforms but Stora is launching new features on a regular basis. Reporting could also be better to give a more detailed view of the business operations. I manage our storage business entirely on my own now, and it takes very little time. More importantly, in 18 months I haven’t been knocked for any money Stora instantly emails if someone hasn’t paid. Whenever I’ve had an issue (usually because I wasn’t using it correctly), there’s always been someone available during working hours to help.
