- The product is beautiful and has a VERY modern feel — especially in comparison to everything else in the storage industry.
- I like that this software provides everything I need to manage my company. It's very streamlined and easy to use.
Cons
- My only complaint at the moment is that WordPress has not been integrated yet.
- If a move out is done by mistake, there is no way to reverse it and you have to have the customer come back and redo all the paperwork.
Pros
- Also critical was event management and integration with membership, since the organization's main publicity and fundraising activity is a large bike ride. Web site integration was also attractive.
- Easy of use, ability to customize the member database easily and the integrated content management system for a professional website.
Cons
- The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.
- It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.
