After researching several real estate property management software products I found Stratafolio to be the only one that is thorough enough to provide for managing our commercial portfolio. The others were residential products that they tried to covert for commercial use whereas Stratafolio is specifically designed for commercial real estate. I am glad I found them! #### Cons Because of the complexity of the real estate and coordinating it with the software it can take a little time to become fluent in using Stratafolio. However, because my position is not full-time property management it has taken me a little longer than the average bear. Once fully up to speed this software will provide organization to our real estate that we have never had before and will serve as a resource for years to come. There are a lot of platforms that can do one of these three things - but STRATAFOLIO is built to manage them all. Their Onboarding Team made the transition incredibly smooth. They handled everything for us so that we could focus on utilizing the tool. This software has helped our organization stay on top of rent increases, expired leases, etc - saving us a tremendous amount of time and money. From the Owner's Dashboard with high level overviews all the way down to the work orders and insurance tracking; I HIGHLY recommend STRATAFOLIO for anyone in the real estate industry. #### Cons I really don't have anything negative to say.
