Great Real Estate Software
Integration with Quickbooks Online . Team at Stratafolio is top notch
CONSWould like to see some "How-to" tutorial videos for training instead of articles. They did mention videos are in the pipeline tho.

Excellent software
My overall experience with STRATAFOLIO has been great. They are truly a great company with outstanding customer service and care for their clients.
PROSWhen looking for a platform that can handle asset management, property management, and tenant management - there was really only one option. There are a lot of platforms that can do one of these three things - but STRATAFOLIO is built to manage them all. Their Onboarding Team made the transition incredibly smooth. They handled everything for us so that we could focus on utilizing the tool. This software has helped our organization stay on top of rent increases, expired leases, etc - saving us a tremendous amount of time and money. From the Owner's Dashboard with high level overviews all the way down to the work orders and insurance tracking; I HIGHLY recommend STRATAFOLIO for anyone in the real estate industry.
CONSI really don't have anything negative to say. They didn't have insurance tracking - but I asked for it and they built it!

Stratafolio Review
It's easy to upload QuickBooks to Stratafolio.
CONSThere are too many steps to keep leases and COIs current, and it's not easy to determine all the steps. The knowledge base concept is interesting, but it doesn't really help figure out all the steps to follow to enter a lease or a COI, etc. I don't like that Stratafolio is only cash based.

We love the ease of use and ability for our tenants to use.The onboarding staff was very supportive and efficient. I have not had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly and effectively.We love having our critical documents in one secure place where all can access and use.

CRE Management Software
This software is excellent for our needs. As good as it is, the staff is THE standout factor. They are knowledgeable, responsive, profession and personal.
PROSThis software allows access to the entire portfolio of properties in one location. Access to all documents, property details, lease details, escalations, investors, rent rolls, debt, insurance, etc in one place and at a simple click.
CONSOur company utilizes STRATAFOLIO staff to upload property info which makes it much easier. Getting all the info uploaded in the correct place is not as intuitive as desired, but STRATAFOLIO has knowledge based articles available to increase understanding and expertise in use of the software.
Reason for choosing STRATAFOLIO
Price, ease of use, integration with QBO and the people.
