Customer service took days to respond to errors during integration and set-up. It took over 3 months for a working system to be presented to us, but it was full of errors. The automated system repeatedly sent erroneous emails demanding payment for tenants and even sent lien enforcement letters to current customers. The employees who were helping us were very unconcerned about the time it took to set the system up and running or the massive amounts of errors that occurred.
