The Complete plan offers software, maintenance coordination plus leasing services and costs $29 per unit, per month. Apart from this, all users pay a base platform fee of $27 every month.

Tenantcube
Tenantcube enables us to have every aspect of the Property Management Process under one umbrella and the cost is more than reasonable for all of the services you get
PROSThe elimination of other add ons that I had to purchase until Tenantcube rolled it out under one umbrella. Using Tenantcube saves me an incredible amount of time and money and I love that.
CONSThat it does not have the ability to schedule showings yet

Awesome, getting it all set up takes minutes and will now save me hours
PROSIts very robust and integrating with other apps is awesome. Banking and pmt tracking, maintinence and scheduling, and expense tracking my favs
CONSNot much of a learning curve. Its very intuative.
