Pros/Cons

Pros
Screen transition very good and quick. Color scheme very good Arrangement of Data is good.
Easy to implement. Very logical. Cost efficient.

Cons
It seems a bit overpriced compared to some of the other software options for property management. I like some of the options of all of the ones I've tried, but not completely sold on any of them.
Some functions take a little hunting to find....but they are there!

Pros
Quick; easy in and out of the software. It is very intuitive and the placement of the inputs is good. I really like it.
I think it is very intuitive to use. This has been a perfect tool for agency leasing, and our team has enjoyed adopting it.

Cons
The only negative is you can't modify much, but the software is simple to use and we have quickly adapted.
It was a bit counter-intuitive to add a new property but then it became easier.
