    Customer Service was a Bust

    Pros

    Was willing to acquire me so they started to be helpful at the start to get me to jump on board.

    Cons

    Once I signed up, I felt like the customer service was going down. I am not sure if it was because I was a start up company with lots of questions and they got sick of me or if it was just that they started getting more and more issues. Towards the end of my cycle with them, I had decided to remove me inquiry because the system felt as if it was falling apart, nothing would load, pictures disappeared and the system just suddenly became horrible.
