Even though it is a fairly new program ValancePM is very easy to dive right in and pick up. It has a modern look and its advanced features leaves us time to actually manage our community. I'm able to upload resident files easily making filing a breeze. There is an App that lets me take move out pictures that are then automatically upload to the resident file for easy viewing. There is no longer a need to go in and manually close out every work order. Completed work orders can be scanned and closed out automatically and copy of that work order is stored for future reference. ValancePM saves us time and makes mundane task a thing of the past. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to modernize their community software!

ValencePM has very much redefined the way we do business. The ease of use of the software has made it possible increase effieciency while maintaining the quality of work that we expect. The system is broken down into "modules" which keep everything organized and the system running quickly. I've used other more complicated systems & find Valence to be the simplest & easiest to use. Making adjustments in other systems requires multiple steps. In Valence everything is done in 1 screen in 1 application. The simplest way is how Valence should be described. Other systems make things so complicated, go from screen to screen to screen. Who was time for that?! The designers have actually worked in property management, identified the problems of other systems, and created an great system for everyday use.

Since the transition to Valence PM at the beginning of this month, my time management has improved significantly. This software integrates everything that I need to fulfill my daily task into one system. In my years of using property management software, I believe that Valence is the easiest program to work with. The Valence team are professional, positive, prompt and polite. Your request for help is promptly addressed and you are kept in the loop unitl the matter is resolved.

I review the company summary page several times a day to see what is happening. If I want more detail, I just click on a property and I can get any information that I need. If I am away from the office I can still check in from any computer or my phone.
