Setting up the software was difficult for our group.

Now everything is puffy, seems cluttered with pulldown and pop ups. A pain for a busy front desk.

We implemented the booking tool on our website and it has been wonderful. I have been exploring the additional features and slowly utilizing more of what WRP has to offer.

We are happy with the product, price and service.

We are loving how user friendly it is and the ability to use their booking engine has made life so much easier as well.

The manipulation of reservations, availability and pricing is great. Also, the integration with OTA/GDS is seamless.

On the most part it is great although o would love the opportunity to be able to open more than one property at a time.

Our experience has been wonderful. Customers service from our main rep, has been amazing and service from the technical support is always great.

The overall experience has been great. Everything from easily accessing the housekeeping reports to retrieving the information needed to process my monthly sales taxes with the FL Dept of Revenue.

Once set up , its easy to use. And it is compatible to some sites that integrate with it.

To have a system that I can access all parts of without being tied to my physical site allows me to easily check and help staff, answer a guests question, or help with a Group Folio.

It is extremely efficient, and in our business that is very important.

I wish there was an Airbnb integration as manually entering them is a pain.

I like how easy everything is to understand and how simple to navigate through the program.

Software is easy to use, being able to customize email templates is helpful and customer service is outstanding.

It is very nice that the software works with our website for online booking. They also have great customer service.

It has been very customizable, and the support is top notch. Their pricing is very fair an allows small hotels to have the power of online booking without a large investment.

WebRezPro is a great PMS solution for us expecially with its huge number of integrated online travel agencies over the internet.

We had some trouble using the calendar on a phone but that's nothing major. There are a lot of options and settings and customization features.

Ease of use when training new staff. Great for manipulating hotel reservations.

We have never had a overbooking in 3 years. Customer support is great, very knowledgeable about the system.

We are very happy with the level of support & attention to our account that WebRezPro provides. It is comforting to know that they are so quick to respond to the challenges we encounter.

If we do have questions, however, the WebRezPro support team works tirelessly (and sometimes quiet patiently) to ensure we have the answers.

I have never called for support (during working hours of course) and had no one answer.

What I love about WebRezPro is the fact that it integrates so well with other tools, like our channel manager and CRM.

I like that it's cloud based. It's easy for me to log in from home if I need to help an associate.

It does not work well at all on a mobile device.

The reservation and calendar features are awesome. It helps organize and manage our 18-condo resort.

I am in accounting, I like that it has interfaces for the other software we use.

When we first started we were so thrilled to have a fantastic calendar to utilize and see our occupancy in a snapshot view.

The system is moderately easy to use and the customer service team is amazing to help when you need it.

Just kidding of course ... but really it would be hard to identify something we don't like.

For the money this is the best product I've used or demo-ed. Its easy to use and the developers keep working to improve it.

It could be confusing when there are pages of invoices in the software to process, which have or have not been processed already.

The front end features for site level is Great easy to use.

Very detailed reporting which is customizable. Excellent costumer service.

Overall, Yardi fits our needs and has good customer service.

I could get used to the actual work order system but the way it tracks hours is extremely limited. We need an interactive spreadsheet that shows weeks not  single days.

I love how it is easy to filter between keyed invoices and those that are already in the workflow. It's easy to switch back and force and to code invoices accordingly.

I really liked the functionality and ease to learn new task. Self taught, I enjoyed and followed through and got exactly what i needed.

Generally Yardi is great software, it is powerful and allows the user to complete a lot of tasks that other competitor software suites do not.

Additionally, it is a little difficult to train new users on Yardi Voyager; once they get it, they can really take off.

Works well for certain things but a lack of customization or frequent updates makes integration with other software difficult.

The conversion was horrible, the customer support was even worse, you can't even get someone on the phone half the time, and they NEVER call back after you issue a trouble ticket.

We ceased using Yardi after many years, primarily due to the outrageous costs and at the end horrible customer support.

Inability to delete guest cards that are duplicates or errors.

Posting money for tenants has become a breeze I love it.

Great, easy learning curve, incredibly integrated.

Its continuos workflow, you can integrate with different tools from within and everything is reflected in real time, robust reporting capabilities.

This product has made our daily work flow very easy. Its been great reorganing all of your files and using the awesome report function.

I like to ability to define unused fields and create custom attribute queries. The support team does a great job of helping with issues.

Customer service has also been excellent. Support reps are dedicated to helping resolve issues and follow up is great.

Yardi Voyager is highly sophisticated yet very user friendly that all of us in the office adapted quickly.

Overall Yardi Voyager is a great product, super robust with tons of features. It's an all-in-one total accounting software.

Every once in a while we get an error message, but that could be less to do with the software and more the servers/internet connection.

The software was easy to navigate and ease of use was fine.

Features are strong and very solid, accounting functionality is very strong as well as are the customer information store features.

Acceptional and very easy to maunuver through the user interface.

I find it also at times when searching or populating a field is becomes blank or inputs previous searched numbers or letters making it frustrating to search rapidly and efficiently.

The reporting for marketing is thoughtful and spot on. ROI reporting, cost-per reporting, attribution reporting all really nice features for marketers and operations.

I love the reporting of Yardi. This software rises high above the competition with it's accurate reporting and ability to fix errors so the reporting is most accurate.

Check Scanning also wasn't the greatest system. I hated the implementation of the PO system and the lack of ease of use (and lack of training) when the upgrade occurred.

I like the ability to automate tasks, reports and letters.

The different ways to view reports is nice. I love that I can look at numbers in great detail or summarize them for quick reviewing.

Yardi Voyager is the most professional and functional property management software available. Although a little pricey, your business will thank you for it by running so much smoother.

It is a little costly but again its all about you get what you pay for.

Outstanding training by personnel. Software is well worth the minimal cost.

Hate how ledgers cannot be printed without adjustments. Sometimes need tech support too much.

The customer service was second to none (I've never had such an awesome support team that was so responsive). The software also seemed to be pretty good for the property management side.

Customer service is fantastic and resolves problems very quickly.

But, in that beginner start up, there are often a lot of errors made and you can't delete duplicate guest cards and such.
